Working with findwell is a smart choice. You'll work with an experienced real estate professional who will walk you through the entire process of buying your next home and save you money in the process. findwell agents will guide you through the ins and outs of property values, legal issues, price negotiation, inspection issues and any other crazy thing you can think of!

How You Save

findwell does things differently. Our agents are paid a salary, not a commission. They spend 100% of their time on customer service, not on making the sale. We provide the same level of service (hopefully better!) as traditional real estate agents for much less. When the property closes, we refund 1/2 of our commission to you. Based on a $500,000 house and a 3% selling commission that equals a $7,500 refund!

* Our minimum fee is $6,500. If the seller pays less than $13,000 in commissions, we take $6,500 as our fee and rebate the remainder.

No Pressure

Don't listen to agents who pressure you and tell you that "Now is the right time to buy". Regardless of market conditions, the only right time to buy a home is when it is right for you. We do not believe that our job is to "sell" you on any particular home. We are here to help coach you through the home buying process and will never apply sales pressure.

Dedicated Personal Service

Unlike other real estate companies, findwell dedicates an experienced agent to guide you through the entire home buying process. You won't get passed off to transaction coordinators or assistants, and you will have the full expertise of our agents with you every step of the way.

findwell agents aren't tied to their desks. They are out in the field touring homes and negotiating purchases every day. Because our agents are focused on customer service, not selling themselves, they deal with way more transactions and homes than a typical agent. This translates to a high level of market expertise.

findwell will tour you through any property you'd like to see, including short sales and bank-owned homes. The agent negotiating your deal will be with you when you tour and inspect homes. (We can't imagine trying to negotiate a home purchase we haven't seen first!)
