Buy Sell

When a home is listed for sale, a percentage of the selling price (typically 3%) is paid to the buyer's agent.

We rebate up to 1% of the sales price back to the buyer.*

We charge a 1.5% commission* to sell your home, which is ½ of the "traditional" rate of 3%.

You should still offer a buyer's agent commission at going market rates, which is typically 3%, to encourage other agents to show and sell your home.
