Kevin Lisota is the CEO and Designated Broker of findwell. Before creating findwell, Kevin spent 8 years at Microsoft in various product management roles leading marketing for products like Small Business Server, Windows Mobile and Visio. Kevin's career in real estate began in his days as a university student when he bought and managed a rental home with his father. Since that time, he has become an active real estate investor owning multiple apartment buildings in the Seattle area. He has also been an active real estate developer, building and selling condominiums and townhomes and also remodeling single-family residences. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and East Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin.

Michael Wilson is a real estate agent for findwell. Prior to joining findwell, Michael was an agent with RE/MAX Integrity on the eastside, with a focus on single family residential real estate transactions. Michael's real estate career began over 5 years ago owning and managing rental properties. Before real estate, Michael spent over 10 years as an IT consultant advising and supporting a variety of technical disciplines including, networking, hardware, keynote speech and executive presentation support.

Michael Schafer is a Real Estate Agent for findwell.  Prior to joining our team, he worked in the title and escrow industry for over 6 years, with experience at both Talon Title and Chicago Title. His expertise with property title research made the transition to being a real estate agent a natural one. Michael loves working with people and has a passion for all things real estate. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business from the University of Washington.
