  Lauren is an incredibly easy person to work with. She worked with me for over a year to find the house that best fit my needs. Most importantly, she listens to her clients. I never felt like I was at odds with her over what it was that I wanted versus what she was showing me. This is especially telling since this was my first home purchase.   I was from out of town and had little time to look for that special place I can later call " my home." I had a specially difficult situation in that my daughter is on a wheel chair and has many needs. I explained all this to Lauren and she went on to work hard, VERY HARD, on the given task. We saw approximately 50 or nearly 50 homes and it seems they started to look the same........ Not the right fit. I was getting disappointed but Lauren was persistent. We finally found a house that we will call " home" and a good fit for my daughter. Because I was from out of town, and my son who lives in Kirkland, was busy with work, Lauren did all the arranging of inspections and etc. She was up to the task and it made us feel that we were her only client.   My daughter and I first met with Lauren at her office in Seattle. She was friendly and open, and my daughter was very comfortable with her, which was important because this was all such a new experience for her! She was looking for a small house with a big yard, and she just barely qualified for a $160,000 loan. She was looking anywhere between Seattle and Lynnwood. There wasn't a lot to choose from, given her parameters, but Lauren had a good sense of what was important to my daughter, and didn't waste our time looking at unsuitable properties, so that, after looking at 3 properties, she ended up buying the first one we looked at. Lauren was always on time for any meetings, and came out for all inspections, as well as the signing, and finally delivered the keys to my daughter at work, on her lunch break. - Kristina G.

  We used Lauren Geroy and she was everything you could ask for in a Realor.  She was eager to show us houes in our neighborhood, and when we found the one we liked, she was with us every step of the way.  Our house was a short sale, and Lauren made sure to keep us updated and postive during negotiations in for our home.  
  
  I would reconmend Findwell to anyone looking for a home.  We had extra help from one of Lauren's coworkers and even the owner came out to help during our inspection.  Findwell is as good experience as I could have imagined to help our family with our first home buying adventure! - Matt B.

  I hated to do it, but I 'broke up' with my old real estate agent. She was a pro, and I trusted her, but I just didn't think her services were worth the full 3%. I was ready to jump ship to Redfin, but was a little worried about how they divided responsibilities between their field and HQ employees. I learned about Findwell who handled customers 'the old fashioned way', so I decided to go with it.
  
  Look no further than Lauren. She is the ultimate pro. Accommodating, not pushy, organized, responsive. Everything. I feel that usually a sales person has a good personality but lacks in organization or vice versa. Not true with Lauren. Absolutely gained my full respect and admiration, and I'm happy to write these reviews as some form of a "Thank You" to her.
  
  I respect Findwell for their business model, and I can't say enough about how smoothly the process went. (Ask the escrow people who they prefer to work with  - no one has a better view into this industry than they do. They  had nothing but good things to say about Findwell when I asked).
  
  I predict the biggest issue these folks are going to have is that they can't hire fast enough. Well deserved success. - Kevin M.

  Initially, my husband and I were just excited to use Findwell because of their great policy of giving their buyers and sellers back half of the realtor's commission, but then we met Lauren, and we were even more thrilled to work with Findwell because she was terrific!
  
  We worked with Lauren to buy a new house and sell our home within a very short timeframe. She was extremely responsive - always responding to emails and phone calls within a very quickly and when she took a brief vacation for her wedding (which we knew about well in advance), the transition to Shannon as our realtor, was seamless. Lauren was friendly, easy to get along with, and so skillful at handling our situation. The initial offer on our new home went smoothly and so did most of the purchase process (except for what was in our mortgage broker's hands). We were very nervous about selling our home in a timely manner, so that we wouldn't have to carry two mortgages for too long, and with Lauren that wasn't even an issue.
  
  Lauren helped us price our home very competitively and we had over 30 visitors the first weekend we were on the market. By the Monday of the following week, we had 6 offers and were able to select one and close without any issues. We could not have asked for anything better!
  
  I would not hestitate for one second to run out there and call Lauren if you are looking to purchase or sell a home. She was fabulous and we would definitely use her help again if we ever go back on the market. - Angela K.
