Active in the business since 2004, I have experience with all sorts of transactions in both a booming and a slow real estate market. As a real estate agent with findwell, I find great fulfillment in helping buyers find the home of their dreams and in helping sellers move on to their next adventure. I strive to provide my clients with top-of-the-line customer service throughout the home buying or selling process.
I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in communications. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling to sunny locations, being on the water, attending sporting events and spending time with family, friends, and my dog, Red.

We recently bought our first home, and Findwell was the perfect realtor for us. Our agent (Lauren) was always prompt, very available (we typically toured houses after I get off work at 6pm), and always took the time to answer our questions about the process (and we had a bunch). Lauren was also comfortable using technology - we communicated mostly over email, sent online links & photos about houses, and even signed all our papers online. This was a HUGE convenience!
When Lauren wasn't available, the Findwell team was always able to step in - we were never left out in the cold. We enjoyed our interactions will each of the Findwell agents, and ended up closing on a great place after several months of searching. Hard to believe we got all this service AND got a rebate that covered our closing costs!

Lauren Skow and FindWell did an absolutely amazing job in helping me sell my house. I had a very poor experience with a previous company. FindWell stepped in and did a great job in explaining the the current market, what I should expect, what I needed to do, and answered my questions and addressed my concerns throughout the entire process.
Lauren was terrific and always went well beyond what I expected. She did a very thorough job of researching the appropriate price to sell my house for, helped me through the entire process (even calling around to get estimates when I had to make a repair after an inspection), and always being available when I had questions. Beyond that she is just a great person and it was a pleasure working with her.
I cannot recommend FinWell enough and especially Lauren. Definitely ask for her!

Lauren was absolutely amazing in helping us buy our house in Seattle. She took us on despite we were moving from another state. She toured properties for us, kept us updated, and answered all questions we had. She was prompt, organized and so fun to tour with once we got to Seattle. Lauren Skow was AMAZING!!!!!! in our quest for our first time buying a house. Not only was she very available and provide great communication, she followed up in an extremely timely matter on every request we had. She met us wherever we wanted to go, and helped us not get too down when we lost our first short sale we offered on. Simply put, Lauren is amazing!! I just purchased my first home in spring of 2010 and couldn't have done it with out her. Being a first time home buyer myself, Laruen was very helpful and thorough with information and tips throughout the entire purchase process. My home was a ‘short sale’ which made the transaction very difficult and lengthy (none of which were because of Lauren) to successfully close. There were additional hoops to jump through and timelines to meet with the current lien holders which didn’t phase Lauren or her team. Honestly, looking back, the only way we were able to complete this transaction is due to Lauren’s dedication and persistence. I have recommended Laruen to other friends of mine and would continue to do so to anyone looking for a real estate agent. - Sea48
