I decided to get into real estate in 2005 when I found I was spending most of my weekends and free time attending open houses around Seattle. I enjoy working with people and am honored to take the first steps with clients in the home buying / selling process.
Whether you are buying your first home or saying goodbye to a home you have created many memories in, it can be very emotional and stressful. I pride myself in providing the highest level of customer service and guiding my clients through every step of the process.
Before joining findwell as a real estate agent, I worked as a site agent for Matrix Real Estate selling multi-family communities around the Puget Sound area where I closed over 200 transactions. I am a graduate of Washington State University where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing & Management Information Systems.
I have been a competitive swimmer since age 8 and when I'm not showing homes you can find me in the pool!
The BEST trait about Nick is how quickly he replies to inquiries. He is an excellent communicator. We had many questions and he patiently answered them. He never made us feel as if we were bothering him, and he made us believe he genuinely wanted to serve.
Genuine. Patient. Easy-going, yet reliable. Follows-through. Provides helpful information and advice (when asked for), and applies no pressure.
Another great trait is he works for YOU. He made us feel someone "had our backs" when going through the trying process of buying a house. He mediated for us with a difficult underwriter, and never made us feel as if we were asking too much of him.
I've already recommended him to friends, and will continue to do so as long as we are in this area.

Nick is the best agent we have worked with. I have bought and sold homes before. Nick is personable. His communication skill is excellent. He is patient and flexible. We did not feel rushed. He is also very accommodating to my schedule, He sometimes came to my office to bring the documents for me to sign. He is always on time or early with appointments. He kept us updated in the process. He is very responsive to my emails and phone calls. I sometimes asked a lot of questions. He was quick in researching and providing information on houses we were interested. His excellent communication and negotiation skill helped us get the house in a multiple offer situation. He helped arrange the inspection in a very tight schedule. Nick steered us through the most difficult real estate deal we have ever been through. He is savvy, patient, and knows who to call when the wheels are about to fall off the wagon. It does not matter how you want to communicate, Nick will be there for you. We happen to be heavy email and text message users. Nick accommodated that nicely by making sure all the right people were communicating with each other and in general, drove the coordination of a very complex financing problem right through to the closing. A few things we LOVED about Nick and Findwell Reality:
1. Nick was always AVAILABLE or had someone we could contact. We had lots of questions, and Nick would always respond quickly and with a lot of detail. We often wrote E-Mails with lots of questions and thoughts to Nick at night or on the weekends and he always had a response to us within 24hrs. I seriously called him probably 2-3 times a day and he almost always answered his phone and if not would get back to me in a couple of hours.
2. Findwell works with you on their commission price. The company is understanding about these tough economic times and worked with us so we did not have to pay out as large as commission as we would have with your typical real estate company.
3. Nick is very knowledgeable about the Seattle market. We wanted to sell our home quickly and we had 4 offers within 5 days and ended up accepting an offer $17,000 above our list price. He knew the exact price to get buyers through our doors. We had a bidding war during a time where this is typically unheard of. We really appreciated his knowledge, especially when there was so much at stake for us.
Overall, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nick to anyone looking for a new home or selling their current one. Especially if you are unfamiliar with the process and need savvy recommendations and a little extra handholding.

We have had the pleasure to work with Nick Jarman as we were planning our first home search around the Seattle area. As we are from the Bay Area, we were completely unfamiliar with the area. We needed someone to guide us through the neighborhoods and give us the info to determine if the neighborhood would be a good fit for us or not. We wanted the urban-suburban feel, good schools, safe neigborhood, convenient to stores/shops.
Nick scheduled a meeting for us right after we landed. Nick is a true professional and suggested he drive us around Seattle area (Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Bellevue, Renton) to see how we like the neighborhoods and from there, we can round down. We realized that these areas have good schools. And he even showed us how traffic was like - live - if we were to be driving home from work!
Nick took us around 4 days in a row. Most of the time, we called and he came over to pick us up within an hour. He was very prompt and completely efficient in scheduling and optimizing our time we had during our short visit. Each home was scheduled and the ones he could not get us into, he'd made sure it happened the next day. Without us reminding him. It was extremely easy for us.
We enjoyed this journey with Nick because he wouldn't push a home on us. Actually, he'd let us talk the home through at the viewing and never did he chime in with his opinions only data he had on his hands. My husband, who is a tough critic, completely admired that about him as not all agents are like this. No pressure ever to put an offer on a home either. If we didn't like the home, we could be honest. That made the experience a wonderful one. In addition, Nick is a complete joy to drive around with as he pointed out the unique areas or interesting facts about various places and other great adventures of Seattle (good eats, too!). You can tell he's passionate about this city!
We did find our dream home with Nick in the 4 days and the communication with the seller and their agent went smoothly. Unfortunately, we had personal circumstances that prevented us from moving to Seattle after all. So, this is a bitter sweet story. We thought back on our trip to Seattle and realized that Nick had a huge impact on making our trip a worthwhile one.

I just purchased a single family house. Nick Jarman is the best agent I have ever worked with. He is patient, knowledagable, experienced, followup. He gave us the best advices, fought for the best price for us, and well-prepared throughout the house hunting and purchase process. Nick just never give up until he found my dream house.
Above all, he really CARES about his customers! My purchase transaction was closed 2 weeks ago. Nick still checks in to make sure everything is alright, follows up with the listing agent for the junk left over from the previous owner and so on.

Nick has been the best agent we never met. He is always early whenever we want to see the house and he has been very patient to explain all the pros on cons on every houses that we seen.
