By charging you less, you are able to offer better pricing to buyers and increase the amount of cash you take home from the sale. You don't have to pay full commission rates to achieve a successful sale. Our listings consistently sell for higher prices with shorter market times than the market average.
Our agents want you to sell your home quickly for top dollar. We insist that our agents see the home in person so that we know what we are selling. This onsite visit is also where we can discuss items that need attention before bringing the home on the market, along with staging and pricing advice.
In addition to setting the right price, we'll make sure that your home looks its best with professional photos, compelling marketing descriptions and online flyers posted in every corner of the internet. Because we share our listings automatically with other brokers, your home will get just as much online marketing exposure as using a large brokerage. (We're pretty sure that our marketing exposure is even better than many traditional agents!)
We charge 1.5% of the sales price to sell your home. This is half of the traditional commission charged by many other brokerages. (We still recommend offering market-rate commission - typically 3% - to the buyer agent.) Based on a $500,000 house and a 3% listing commission, that is a savings of $7,500!
Compared to a "discount" brokerage, findwell will meet with you in person to view your home, make a recommendation on pricing, have professional photographs taken, build the marketing flyers, and continually work to market the property and provide weekly updates along the way.
