We charge 1.5% of the sales price to sell your home. This is half of the traditional commission charged by many other brokerages. (We still recommend offering market rate commission - typically 3% - to the buyer agent.) Based on a $500,000 house and a 3% listing commission, that is a savings of $7,500!
