If you’ve been watching any HGTV lately you’ll know that tiny homes are taking the world by storm. Well, ok, they’re gaining in popularity. Many people are jumping on the tiny house bandwagon – and though we may not have many micro-homes in Seattle yet, we thought we’d do a quick search for the smallest residential homes in the city of Seattle (under 700 square feet). Here are the listings that popped up:

Want to go even smaller?
For those of you who may want to go “tinier” (and let’s be honest, most of these listings look to be fixers) we have compiled some resources for you to find, build, or buy your own tiny home.
Seattle Tiny Homes – A local company – all of their models are licensed as RV travel trailers so they are portable and allowed to be parked anywhere an RV is!
Tumbleweed Tiny House – based in Colorado but they can deliver your custom made tiny home anywhere in the US!
Green Pods – another local company that can help with all steps of the process, from selecting land, financing, designing, and building. And all pods are Built Green and LEED certified.
Tiny House Community – all things related to tiny homes.
If you’re looking to downsize significantly we hope these resources may be useful to you!
